I have been teaching science to high school, junior high and college students since 2003, successfully applying my 17 years of experiences as a professional archaeologist and forensic anthropologist to give my students the theoretical and practical applications of science. I have a thorough knowledge of STEM and inquiry-based teaching approaches, and have been instrumental in developing curricula with classroom and field experiences to bolster student achievement and college preparedness. I was Program Coordinator for the 2012 National Science Teachers Association Regional Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, and Secretary of the Florida Association of Science Teachers. I'm pretty good at this kinda stuff.
