Music 4 Learning

I have been writing original music for over 40 years. In addition, I've been teaching individual and group music classes for over 25 years. I have collaborated with professional preschool, kindergarten, and elementary school teachers and homeschooling parents to write the songs and curriculum, and to create the packages that I now offer.

I use the power of music to help children learn and retain information and concepts dealing with a wide variety of academic subjects, e.g., math facts, alphabet, seasons, health and well-being, geography, animals, spelling, etc., as well as music, itself!

Student of the Year in the Arts and Science Department of Idaho State University in 2006.

Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Music. Masters Degree in Psychology.

I've loved music since I was a very small child, and I REALLY love to write and record it. I also love working with my students, both young children and adults—and every age in between!
