I’ve been a teacher since I was 14. I started out as a gymnastics teacher in high school, and I now work as a substitute teacher working with grades K-12 in all subjects! I also own and manage two websites with academic research based strategies for teachers, saunderseducationalresources.org and saundersspecialeducationresources.org
Student centered learning with differentiated activities.
BA in Education and Special Education with a minor in instruction strategies.

My daughter was diagnosed with nonverbal autism. I was told she would never have cognizant thought. So, I turned to EBSCO to do neurobiological research on how to rewire her brain to help her acquire speech during the early intervention phase. It was so successful that I created two websites with academic research-based strategies from EBSCO, and other academic texts, for both general and special education teachers. I take the academic research-based strategies, translate them into easy-to-understand terms, summarize the content in a condensed article, design pdf printables/graphics, create the websites/graphic design, and post it all independently.
