TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a 10th year ELA teacher, and this is actually my second career. I left my job in healthcare administration because I dreamed of living a work life that was meaningful, fulfilling, and FUN. I have loved school my entire life, and becoming an English teacher was the best career decision I've ever made.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a big believer in making everything as interactive, engaging, and FUN as possible. I am super competitive, so I also tend to turn things into games whenever possible. I love technology and escape rooms and puzzles, so a lot of my lessons are built using these formats.
