TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am in my eighth year of teaching high school French. I have also taught three years of Arabic. I am not a native speaker, but I work very hard to check my resources if I have any grammar/vocabulary questions.

MY TEACHING STYLE

A little bit of everything. I have integrated more CI into my curriculum lately, but I do also believe in noticing and explicitly practicing grammar to some extent. I follow ACTFL standards and I try to use authentic resources a lot as well. I try to practice all modes equally in my classroom.
