12 years teaching experience in Public, private, and international schools. Traveled and taught English in Chile and Argentina as a TEFL instructor after university. Three of those twelve years I was a learning support and mindfulness coach in Bangkok, Thailand. I received various Mindfulness training while in Thailand and have brought some practices and applications to the public school classroom where I now teach world cultures and Spanish.
