I have been blessed with the following 'Teaching Experience'... High School ELA (5 YEARS) Middle School ELA (8 YEARS)
My teaching style differs depending on demographics. I have mostly worked with ESL students, so most of my style tends to be very much scaffold.

After teaching English Language Arts for thirteen years, my teaching philosophy has changed along the way. The realization I have made is that for students to do well academically, they have to become resilient and gain self confidence. In order for students to adapt to change and feel confident in their choices they must work collaboratively to understand other ideas, and become open-minded to different personalities. It is imperative that students learn tolerance within our society in order to become successful productive adults.
