Hands on! As an adult woman with ADHD myself, my lessons require me to be consistently hands on and visual. I enjoy play based learning and story telling as the underpinning pedagogy in my classroom.

I entered the field of teaching as a young graduate, the year after COVID, and was facing burn out and considering leaving education for a new career. Time passed and through much trial and error, I have developed a bank of resources that I find useful over and over again. The more teachers support other teachers, the more our education system will heal!
