TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching for the last 12 years wearing several different hats! I have taught: Pre-K - 8th: Music 6-8th grade: math, language arts (ELA), geography/history and my personal favourite...science I have taught in Mexico, Ethiopia and Tanzania but most of my time has been in Toronto, Canada. I love creating new ways to engage students and provide some agency for them in their learning.

My real name is not Miss Blue! While living and working in Ethiopia, I had a student who always commented on the fact that I was almost always wearing something blue. Thus, the nickname Miss Blue came about :)
