TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am in my ninth year of teaching middle school and throughout my career, I have worked at private schools, charter schools, and public schools (with the past three years being spent in NH public schools). I have taught Social Studies in Grades 5-8 and ELA in Grade 6. I am licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire with an Elementary Education degree, a Social Studies certification, and a Principal/Asst. Principal License.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My style of teaching is student-centered. I often think to myself, "What is the best way to get my students to learn this concept?" I often want them to construct their own knowledge and develop their own viewpoints.
