I taught preK for one year and have taught first grade for 4 years, and kindergarten for 2 years! I love primary grades! :) It is amazing what little minds can do!

I teach my students to become independent from day 1, and then have fun letting students work together, stretch their thinking, and get creative in a calm and secure environment! My students know that I love them and take responsibility for making our classroom a wonderful place to learn and teach!

I love teaching and making new things to use in the classroom (or finding the awesome things other teachers create on TpT too!). I also love being a mom and a wife- my family keeps me pretty busy. I truly love getting creative and doing projects around my home and making new things for my classroom too!
