TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching for 18 years. I currently teach AP Literature & Composition, and am the school librarian. I have taught all levels of 9th through 12th grade English.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am creative person and love to try new and creative techniques in my classroom. I believe in rigorous content with engaging activity! We are an activity based class; I truly believe that English is a "doing" class, not just a "thinking" class. I love to incorporate art, music and drama into our study and feel that students who are having fun are learning more.
