As teachers we spend so much time lesson planning but we sometimes forget to spend just as much time reflecting on our lessons that have been taught. We can all admit we've had lessons that have flopped and unless you are constantly reflecting on

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught every grade from 6th to 12th grade with ten years of teaching experience. I specialize in working with at-risk students in an alternative education setting.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I differentiate every lesson based on the needs of my students taking into account their previous knowledge, current abilities and what skills they might need in the future. I have not found a math textbook that teaches to the types of students I have in class so I have created my own curriculum instead. I want to share some of the hours of work with other math teachers so we can all work smarter and not harder.
