TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching Elementary Music and Choir for 20 years. I also served as co-director of our district-wide elementary honor choir for 8 years.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I use a lot of variety in my teaching. If I had to pick one methodology that best represents what goes on in my classroom, it would be Orff Schulwerk, but I am by no means a purist. I enjoy singing, using lots of classroom instruments, doing movement activities in every lesson and incorporating technology on a daily basis.
