I started out working with after school children at a local daycare. After about two years there I moved on to working with the little ones ages 1-3 years. I worked with them as a lead teacher for about three years and moved on to recieve my B.S in Early Education at the University of South Florida. I am certified to teach pre-k-3rd grade in the state of Florida with an endorsement in ESOL and ESE. I have 3 years of teaching experience at a high needs/ low income school under my belt. I have had numerous amounts of training with behavior management on top of being a team leader.
I am very patient and open minded. I love to see where the class discussions will lead us. I am very strict at the beginning of the year but also very loving. My students always know that I love them and know that they can come to me whenever if they feel there is a problem. I also have an open door policy to my classroom. I invite anyone to come in and check out a day in the life of our class.
