As a teacher in Australia, I have gained valuable experience teaching primarily junior secondary year levels. I have coordinated multiple units and developed numerous lessons and assessments aligned with the Australian Curriculum. I am excited to share my resources with fellow educators on TpT to support student learning and growth.
My teaching style is focused on creativity, research-driven pedagogy, and active learning. I strive to create resources and activities that promote empathy, cultivate creativity, and foster global citizenship, allowing students to learn, grow, and bloom. I prioritise high-quality materials that incorporate Universal Design for Learning and visually appealing design.
I have received several academic awards throughout my university studies, including the Dean's Commendation for Academic Excellence in multiple semesters. Additionally, I have attended professional development workshops on various topics such as differentiation, feedback, engagement strategies, First Nations pedagogy, and ICT strategies. These experiences have helped shape my teaching philosophy and approach to creating quality resources for educators.
As a teacher with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Teaching (Secondary), I have a strong educational background that informs my teaching style. I am passionate about creating engaging and research-driven resources that promote active learning and empathy in my students.
I am driven by a deep desire to support both students and educators. By providing high-quality resources and tools that reduce the workload of educators, I strive to help to improve their overall well-being and enable them to focus on what really matters: their students. As a teacher myself, I understand the unique challenges facing educators, and I am dedicated to supporting them in their journey towards success.
