TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a 29 year veteran teacher in an urban high school. I usually teach biology; however I have taught health education, careers, and environmental science. I am interested in including more technology based lessons in my classes.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I don't really have a name for my teaching style, so I will attempt to describe it. I often front-load my units with vocabulary and lecture over sections at a time. I like to use more quizzes than tests and I include writing with each unit/chapter.
