TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I began my career with Teach for America and taught for 5 years in an IB Charter Elementary school as a 3rd grade teacher. Then, I was an Assistant Principal and Instructional Coach for 4 years at the same Charter district at an IB school. While in that role, I coached Literacy for grades 3-5. I am currently a Literacy Interventionist for grades K-3 focusing on foundational literacy skills. I have taught students from many backgrounds, languages, and with many disabilities, so I know how to differentiate for ELLs and SPED students.
