TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I teach in the Republic of Ireland. Currently I am teaching Junior and Senior Infants (ages 4 - 6 years) but I have taught all grades in the school from age 4 to age 12. I work in a multi-grade school. This means that each teacher has 2 or more classes. The most I have taught at one time is 5 grades.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe the children should work as independently as possible. I encourage them to strive to achieve their best, while supporting their individual learning styles. Where possible I try to use games.
