I have experience teaching in Bilingual and General Education Elementary classrooms in grades Pre-K - First Grade. I have worked with military students in an American school overseas as a substitute teacher for grades Kindergarten - Fifth Grade. I understand the struggle of being a bilingual teacher and being unable to find good quality resources in spanish for our students. I spent many long nights and weekends translating lessons and activities for my classroom. I hope to save you time by building up my shop with essential resources for your bilingual or dual-language classroom.
I like to incorporate hands-on and technology activities while making sure there are real-world connections being made in the lessons. It's important that teachers enjoy what they are teaching and students have fun while learning.
Building relationships with my students families and being able to help them find community resources or support when they need it.
