TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am an English professor with ten years of experience. I also have the great pleasure of homeschooling my high-schooler and upper-elementary kiddos.

MY TEACHING STYLE

At home, we enjoy a relaxed Charlotte Mason approach to education. At the university, my students enjoy interdisciplinary classes with me that bring literature alive with resources from music, art, poetry, and history. All of my teaching is supported with the wonderful technology out there for us these days.
