As a child of immigrant parents, I know first-hand the difficulties that my parents went through in realizing their American dream and their journey in the different hospitality businesses. As a Corporate Quality Assurance and Brand Standards Officer in the industry, I was fortunate with the opportunity to work alongside stakeholders in Housekeeping, Facilities, Laundry, Landscaping, Back of House areas, and F & B departments.
