As a child of immigrant parents, I know first-hand the difficulties that my parents went through in realizing their American dream and their journey in the different hospitality businesses. As a Corporate Quality Assurance and Brand Standards Officer in the industry, I was fortunate with the opportunity to work alongside stakeholders in Housekeeping, Facilities, Laundry, Landscaping, Back of House areas, and F & B departments.

Lingo Hotel’s mission is to develop essential employees into knowledgeable, self-confident, loyal, motivated and efficient individuals that understand, communicated and speak Hospitality English. We are in the business of creating material that is relevant, practical, beneficial and literally life changing for employees and companies in the industry.
