TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Over the past 15 years, I've taught at both the K12 and college level. Throughout my career, I have taught in co-teaching classrooms and direct instruction resource rooms from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Having neurodiverse children of my own who struggled with school led me to pursue a Master's in Special Education and a doctorate in Educational Studies.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I teach using targeted instruction and differentiated supports to meet the needs of all students and believe all students can learn and be successful when we are intentional in how we support their unique learning needs.
