I've taught history, civics, bilingual reading, ESL, and language arts. I'm currently teaching 4th grade bilingual ELAR and interning as an administrator at an elementary school.

I believe that the most effective teachers are those who are flexible and able to best cater to each of their student's individual needs. Whether it's providing encouragement, discipline, extension, remediation, challenging them, or whatever the case may be!
