TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Hello Everyone! My name is Mr. G and I have worked for the NYCDOE for almost 11 years. During my time teaching, I have had the pleasure to work with some amazing students and fellow teacher. Half of my time in the DOE was spent working in a Special Education Middle School. Since then, I have now made the move to Special Education Elementary School.

MY TEACHING STYLE

When thinking of my teaching style, I love to run a classroom where the students now the routine and can fully operate even with me not there. I have a good amount of small group work going on in my classroom and the students really take control of their education. Additionally, I encourage my students to ask questions and try my best to make real life connections in everything we learn.
