TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have spent 8 wonderful years in the classroom, learning and growing with my students! Over the course of these eight years, I have compiled a mountain of resources that are adaptable to almost any situation within the classroom.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style can be described as "you tell me". My students often comment on the procedure where I have them work for an extended period of time, and then I ask for questions. I believe this self-discovery helps my students in a number of ways, but of course, there are days where our lessons are more hands-on and direct instruction is required. I hope to share some of that with you!

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

The year after I left my last position, they named their chapter of the English Honor Society after me.
