By Lang and Lit for teachers I've been teaching for eleven years, as of 2023 and have loved every minute of it! I started off teaching middle school Social Studies, specifically TAG Social Studies in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. I began teaching internationally and am now an IBDP English A: Language and Literature Higher Level teacher as well as the Extended Essay coordinator at my current school.
Student-centered learning is my focus when it comes to teaching style, with Project-Based and Problem-Based teaching being what I love most and have the most experience in. As an IB teacher, PBL is not always practical, however, so much of my teaching is discussion and discovery based.
