TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been an middle grades educator for 11 years in the public school system. I have taught as a special educator, as a Language Arts teacher, and as a Math teacher. I found my love in mathematics. I have taught in Title I, high poverty schools, charter schools, and suburban public schools. I feel pretty well-rounded as an educator.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I can't stand just standing up in front of the students, dishing out information. If I can find a way for my students to discover the content, that's what I like best. I like my students up and moving, working and talking.
