TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been an educator since 2014, both of math and language arts. I am currently teaching language arts, and love how multiple disciplines can combine to create one subject that teaches our students about the world. I believe in giving students a high-quality classroom experience, working only my contracted time, and working in new and innovative ways to keep teaching fun & sustainable.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Follows the Modern Classroom Project model, and similar models that supports students to be in charge of their learning. I believe in connecting with each and every student- all year. I believe in a classroom full of dialogue, and explaining to students that I am always learning and growing alongside them.
