I am currently an administrator in a Title 1 school. I have taught in grades K-4th grade, mainly ELL students. All my experience has been with inner city, minority and refugee students. I have a wide variety of experience beyond the classroom from site level to federal level including curriculum mapping, Common Core Standards, policy, classroom management, teacher task force, etc.
Every learner is unique and requires different methodologies and instructional strategies to be successful. I try to incorporate all aspects of pedagogy, methodology, and instructional repetoires into my classroom.
