Recognized for assessing operational needs and developing solutions to improve lessons, classroom management, and staff productivity. I follow the Montessori Method of education that is based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning, and collaborative play. The Montessori Method was never a cookie-cutter way to teaching a child. Since the beginning, Montessori has always been about the individual. I encourage my children to be themselves in the classroom. It does not matter if a child needs more time on a task compared to his/her peers. Even though I have the highest expectations of every student, their unique learning styles are honored and supported.
