TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught in a Catholic school for 9 years, and have 2 years experience teaching K-12 Art in a public school setting. Teaching at a private Catholic school gives me the freedom to teach what I want when I want to teach it, and that has allowed me to use my creativity to the fullest. My lesson plans are fully my own and have been tested on my students at least once.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe that students should learn through experience while being able to fully express who they are in that moment of their life. Their ideas are the documentation of their personality, and they should be able to look back at their work and see aspects of themselves rather than seeing a cookie-cutter project that looks exactly like every other project in the room.
