TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching elementary school for seven years. I taught my first year in second grade, but the majority of my time has been spent in fourth. I love using technology in my classroom and creating new things to use and share.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to be very clear in my expectations for my students. My classroom is very organized and neat. We follow routines and a schedule, but every once in a while we'll break out of the routine for a little fun! I use A LOT of technology in my classroom. I love my students and I let them know it. I believe that optimism and excitement in teaching go a long way. My students think that every subject is my favorite. :)
