TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching high school English since 2006. Courses include grades 9 and 10 ELA; AP Language and Composition; Journalism.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I generally take a workshop approach. Students are encouraged to set various goals related to course standards, and I coach them to meet those goals. I have recently move to "pointless" assessment for assignments, which is reflected in many of my products.
