I have been working as a Professional ESL Teacher for more than 16 years. Within this time I have helped more than a thousand students reach their language goals, find the dream job, successfully pass international examinations such as IELTS, TOEFL and relocate to other countries. I have a whale of experience of working with groups of students and one-to-one learning sessions both online and offline I strongly believe that everybody is different and they need a personalised learning approach, which can be easily found with the help of modern educational techniques. That is why I started developing lesson plans that are really involving and useful for students and teachers to make language learning process useful and fun.

I tend to believe that successful language teaching is a fusion of styles and approaches, depending on the students’ age gap a teacher is working with. Every single student is unique and insearch of an educator who caters to their individual needs in aworm environment. For instance, I prefer to use the Direct Approach with the youngest learners, whose language competence hasn’t yet been fully formed and with the help of the educational cards, games, mimics and gestures we create a stress free atmosphere, where kids are happy to make progress.Teenagers` needs differ a lot, that’s why the ideal atmosphere for this age category is the one, where their feelings are accepted and respected, so Affective Humanistic Approach is a game changer for this age profile. And approach which definitelyappeals to me is the Communicative Approach, especially whileworking with adults and via the Internet. I do prefer to opt forrelevant sources of information, such as authentic blogs, YouTubevideos or magazine articles, which we carefully study throughdiscussions and conversations. The very this approach gives youthat kind of flexibility to work with grammar or vocabulary in avery true to life atmosphere, learning through mistakes andovercoming obstacles with the team.
