I taught World History for a few years in the state of Georgia, but received my certification and schooling in New York state.
I taught World History/Global Studies in an exciting, intense way. My goal is to bring history alive to my students. I put a great deal of effort in creating detailed, viewer-friendly, informative, and entertaining PowerPoints. They are filled with vivid pictures, useful charts, maps, and graphs, and the text is easy on the eyes. The PowerPoints are coupled with Guided Notes sheets that are highly structured and organized. When I create a new PowerPoint or revamp an existing one, I put myself in the students' place and say to myself, "All right. If I were a student, what would I want to see?" I have gotten great results so far!

I am a family man. My wife Tami and I have been married for seventeen years. We have two amazing daughters: Mya (age 15) and Kara (age 10). They are the light of my life! (By the way, my profile picture is of Kara in her first 5K run with her 3rd grade teacher, Ms. Trish Manarino!) As for my work, note-taking will never be easier for your students than with my PowerPoint/Guided Notes combinations. They are as structured and organized as they are informative and entertaining. If you can blend in an engaging teaching style with my materials, your students cannot help but enjoy World History.
