TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I taught Special Education for 15 years in small schools. Additionally, I was a Special Education Director for 7 years. I have spent 2 years subbing a year as a Behavior Consultant and now am returning to middle school, teaching special education again!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am big on building rapport, preloading/preteaching children with expectations and working with parents. Kids that have been in my caseload would agree that I am hands on and student driven. I expect kids to be respectful and work on a foundation of trust and respect.
