Halee Womac's World of Ag

Hello there! A little bit about me, I have been teaching Agricultural Education since 2018. I am a single teacher program, and sole FFA Advisor at my school. I was in a two teacher program until the 2020 pandemic when my co-teacher retired, making me a single teacher. The last few years have taught me SO much! I have learned how to be a better planner, to give my students more responsibilities, and how to better manage my time to run my program more efficiently. A valuable lesson I have learned during the transition is not to be afraid to ask for help from other Ag Ed professionals. They are there to help, just as I am there to help. I am a hands on and visual learner. I like to provide my students with hands on activities and visuals whenever possible. I also like to assign projects that require them to research and find answers for themselves. A lot of things I post will reflect that.

Hi there! My name is Halee. I grew up spending much of my time outdoors. I love kayaking, camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, rock climbing, traveling, photography, working on the farm, and teaching. Agriculture and the great outdoors are my passion. My husband and I own a small grain and feeder cattle operation in East Tennessee. We row crop farm soybeans, corn, and wheat.
