I have been teaching for over 20 years. I started out as a high school math teacher of Algebra and Geometry. I am currently working as an assistant teacher in a special education classroom at a private school. I work with students (ages 7 through 14) with multiple disabilities, including intellectual, physical, and behavioral challenges.
I believe all students can learn when we teach to their style of learning, whether it be visual, auditory, or kinesthetic. I like to "think outside the box", be creative, and make learning both functional and fun for my students.
