TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have a master's degree in Literacy and Second Language Learning. I have been teaching ESL for 7 years and love working with ELLs!!

MY TEACHING STYLE

Working with ELLs I love doing hands-on activies with my students to help them aquire vocabulary and experiences. I incorporate lots of cultural exposure into my teaching so students can share thier various cultures and learn about new ones.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I was awarded the "Making a Difference" award in my ESL department last year for being a dedicated teacher and changing the lives of students.
