TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a district Instructional Technology Resource Teacher with lots of varied classroom experience in urban and suburban school districts with diverse student populations. Prior to becoming an ITRT, I I taught in middle school classrooms for over a decade as both a general education English teacher and a Special Educator in the inclusion setting in Science and English. I also teach reading, writing, STEM, and mathematics to rising eighth graders at a nonprofit enrichment camp each summer. In 2021, I was honored with my district's Citywide Middle School Teacher of the Year award.
