Real-Time Teacher Coach of the Quarter: Awarded in 2020 for the impact of coaching on STEM teachers and school staff and other contributions that positively impacted the school culture and academic progress. KIPP Chicago Distinguished Educator: Set KIPP Chicago regional records for student growth and achievement on NWEA for sixth, seventh, and eighth grade math as well as ranking in the Top 10 for growth in the KIPP National Network each year. KIPP Chicago Team and Family Award: Awarded teacher of the year for outstanding student achievement and growth, life-altering relationships with students, families, and staff, and other contributions and advocacy for students and families, the community, the school, and the network. Teacher Leader: Successfully participated in and completed the national KIPP: School Leadership Program for Teacher Leaders in 2015. Graduated with Honors from University of Illinois (Edmund J. James Scholar): The mission of the LAS Honors Program is to empower our students to be global citizens and global stewards, to enlighten them with deeper understanding of the diverse world in which they live, and to engage with the core values and responsibilities of moving toward a sustainable future. Students in the LAS Honors Program—referred to as James Scholars—deepen their knowledge, skills, and passions through unique growth and enrichment opportunities.

I am a first-generation college graduate and proudly attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, La Universidad de Buenos Aires, and the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. I currently hold Professional Educator Licenses in the state of Illinois for: Mathematics (Grades 5 to 8) and Mathematics (Senior HS - Grades 9 to 12). I previously held licensure in the state of Michigan for: Elementary K-5 All Subjects (K-8 Self CC) and Mathematics (EX) 6-12. I am a certified Real-Time Teacher Coach through CT3 Education.
