As an educator and administrator, I aspire to exemplify excellence and promote positive standards to enhance the education of ALL students. I feel that children learn best with a variety of strategies, approaches, and high expectations. My vision is to offer quality products that promote the academic rigor of the Common Core State Standards.
It is my philosophy that in order to be an effective teacher, one must be able to empathize and adapt to students' needs. An effective teacher must view students as individuals with interests and styles unique to their lives. I feel that children learn best with a variety of strategies, approaches, and high expectations. Teachers should endeavor to continue learning themselves. This ensures that classrooms are informed, accurate, and well-prepared.
