SPECIAL EDUCATION SPECIALIST – SPECIALIZED IN DYSLEXIA, ALMEDRAR SCHOOL FOR DISTINGUISHED EDUCATION - Annual Evaluation and Assessment for at-risk students. - Prepare a PLOP report. - Prepare and IEP including an IIP - Working and training students with learning disabilities (Dyslexia, Dyscalculia), slow learning, ADHD, Intellectual disabilities and Autism (Arabic, Reading, Spelling, Math, as well as English and Visual and Audial Perception) RESEARCH ASSISTANT AND LAB MANAGER, LAB FOR INNOVOATION IN EDUCATION AT ARAB OPEN UNIVERSITY/ JORDAN BRANCH - Leading research projects. - Assist in Data Analysis. - Assist in Developing and Shaping research projects. - Create Surveys. - Translating (English to Arabic and vice versa). - Interviewing Families and participants of our research projects. - Manage a team (4-5 members) and assign tasks for each on a weekly basis. - Mentoring new Research Assistants.

I use activities and learning through play as teaching methods. But, I'm not against using direct teaching methods especially with students who require longer learning time. I design worksheets and activities specifically for teaching Arabic step by step. I make worksheets and activites for Arab students in foreign countries and for students with learning disabilities.
