The best awards are the feedback from students, parents, and fellow teachers who experience my work. An email from a parent at the beginning of this school year (I teach one class a week): "Good Morning! I actually was going to message you yesterday to tell you that ******* got in the car yesterday and raved about you for the longest time! How this year was going to be so amazing and that you were so cool! And that she’s excited! So thank you for making today and the rest of this year awesome!"

Bachelor's degree in Education, but we all know that so much more learning takes place outside of school. I am an avid reader and follower of up-to-date pedagogy for language learners and am always learning how to use new strategies and technologies in the classroom.

I am a wife to the best husband, a mother to a beautiful preteen daughter, two amazing dogs, a sweet bird, and a handsome lizard. When I'm not creating products, I am practicing yoga and spirituality, soaking up the sun and the trees, researching holistic healing options, singing, dancing salsa, playing piano, and telling myself I'll stop taking on new projects until my house is clean. :)
