TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have experience teaching 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grade. I recently moved to California where I am a site director for an after school academic program. In this program I work with grades K-8th. Our program is part homework/part project based.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is child-based. I differentiate my teaching in order to see growth in ALL the varying levels in my class. I want every child to feel successful in school. Grouping students can help when differentiating your instructions. I have also seen success when pairing older grade level students with younger grade level students.
