I have a lot of unique experiences to share with students! I started out with a degree in Landscape Architecture, but was always drawn back to teaching. For the past 8 years I have bounced back and forth between Architecture and Teaching. I taught English in South Korea in 2013 which is where I met my husband. After that, I returned and became a licensed Landscape Architect in Texas. We recently relocated to New Mexico, where I am back to pursuing my true passion as a teacher. In 2019 I plan to gain some additional certifications and finally choose a grade to teach for the 2020 school year!
I am a fun, creative, and engaging teacher who loves to get to know each of her students. There is something positive to discover in each and every child. I am constantly trying new things, and using my highly developed skills on the computer to create new ways to deliver material.
Not much yet! I have an architecture license which has been beneficial with all things computer related!
