TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Taught government and economics for 10 years. Before teaching, I was a lawyer for 6 years. Wrote curriculum materials for a number of companies including Apple. Also wrote a set of end-of-chapter activities for a new Civics textbook for EMC Publishing.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Primarily used simulations and class discussions and projects rather than a textbook. I like hands-on, interactive materials that are challenging and engaging.
