TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a 5th-grade Dual Immersion (English / Spanish) teacher at a Title 1 School in Salt Lake City, Utah. Previously, I taught 4th-grade DLI and 5th-grade math / science at my current school. I also taught Environmental Science in Nicaragua through the Peace Corps.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Mostly paperless classroom. Focus on blended learning and student autonomy for completing work at their own pace. Fortunate to have a 1:1 Chromebook program.
