TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am going into my 7th year of teaching. 4 of those years were in first grade and the last 2 being in kindergarten.

MY TEACHING STYLE

You have to keep things exciting and fresh. Don't worry about making a fool of yourself because those kids will never forget how interactive and engaging you made their learning and school experiences!

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I achieved honors during my ECE and Sociology degrees and was also awarded the Children of Alumni Scholarship.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I hold degrees in Early Childhood Education, Sociology, as well as Primary Education.

I have been married to a wonderful fellow teacher, Chad since 2013. He currently teaches 2nd grade. We have a furry little Siamese cat named Asia. She looks exactly like Skippy Jon Jones!
